• I joined Welcare Hospital in July 2025, a 450-bed corporate healthcare institution, as the Chairman of its Advisory Board.
• I continue to serve as the President of the ISCCM Kochi Chapter.

Since 2002 with Lakeshore Hospital, NH 47 Bye pass, Maradu, Cochin Serving as Chief of Critical Care & Head of the department of Anaesthesiology

• The hospital is a 300 bedded state of the art medical and research center in Kerala, India.
• Lakeshore has a 40 bedded intensive care unit. It is also a transplant center for Liver & Kidney.
• The Hospital is equipped with an air ambulance service for transport of critical care patients who have suffered injuries following trauma.
• Lakeshore has all the specialties which fulfill the criteria of being a tertiary hospital.
• Since 2016 he has been the Chief Of staff, Lakeshore Hospital.
• In 2012 he was made a Director of Anaesthesiology & Critical Care.
• I retired from the Clinical Services Department of Lakeshore Hospital as the Director of Anaesthesia and Critical Care on 10 May 2025.
• I was conferred the title of Professor Emeritus in recognition of my outstanding record of 54 years of uninterrupted service in Anaesthesia and 36 years of dedicated service in Critical Care.

1996 - 2002 : PVS Memorial hospital, Kaloor, Cochin, Kerala, India Served as Senior Consultant & Head, Department of Anaesthesia & Intensive Care

• PVS Memorial is one of the foremost institutions in India in GI Surgery, Hepato-Biliary Surgery & Pancreatic Surgery
• The Gynaecology department is one of the finest for Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Cystectomy & Tubal Anastomoses
• The center does neo-natal and paediatric Surgery and has an 8 bedded neo-natal intensive care and 6 bedded adult Intensive Care Unit

1988 - 1996 : Armed forces Hospital, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

Served as Senior Registrar at the Armed Forces Hospital (apex medical institution of the Armed Forces)

• The department had one consultant , 2 Senior Registrars and 6 Registrars
• A modern Hi-tech department providing Anaesthesia cover to the department of General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Maxillo Facial Surgery
• State-of-the-art intensive care unit with 8 beds
